- The product is composed of functional polysiloxane by controlled radical polymerization. It is a special molecular structure of the pigment dispersing agent, mainly used in solvent based industrial coatings, automotive coatings or high-grade printing ink, dispersion performance is efficient, has a wide range of compatibility with various resins.
- Key features
- One of the recommended applications of this product is the resin free paste (RFPC) system with the following typical properties:
- (1) Better storage stability, color paste is not anti poly.
- (2) Low grinding viscosity at high pigment concentration.
- (3) More suitable for the dispersion of carbon black.
- (4) Color show better, free floating and asymmetry in color.

- (1) Low pigment carbon black: 15% to 20% of DBP absorption value;
- (2) High pigment carbon black: 50% to 80% of DBP absorption value;
- (3) Inorganic pigment: according to the oil absorption of 20% ~ 30%;
- (4) Organic pigment:
- Green, blue and purple: according to BET value from 15% to 30%;
- Yellow, red, Orange: according to BET value from 25% to 45%.
- Packaging and storage
- 25kg/180kg drums; special specifications are required.
- The product should be kept airtight and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place.
