    • The product is a functional siloxane hybrid modified, and contains alkoxy and alkyl groups.The product can be coupled with titanium dioxide, aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide / inorganic filler, and improve filler and organic system (typical of non polar systems, such as polyolefin (PP/PE) etc.) compatibility, and can be modified on the surface of hydrophobic inorganic filler, and also suitable for coating system.
  • Key features
    • The titanium dioxide, aluminum hydroxide / magnesium hydroxide treated by the product can be used in the polyolefin system and have the following typical properties:
    • (1) Improve the dispersibility of pigment and make it possible to fill the filler.
    • (2) Providing better machining performance.
    • (3) Reducing water absorption.
    • (4) The formation of covalent bonds with inorganic fillers (rather than multipoint physical anchoring) does not precipitate from the final product.

  • Processing
    • The product can be used for mineral fillers and inorganic surfaces, which can be prepared by pretreatment or on-site blending (i.e., when resin or rubber blends are added to the field).
    • Pretreatment: The product can be added directly or sprayed on a well mixed mineral filler (using a high speed mixer to mix, drip, or spray). The product can be in the form of pure products or diluted in alcohol dilution solutions and aromatics. The amount is usually 1% of the weight of mineral fillers (for particles of 1-10 microns in size). A larger surface material; the product is used more often; usually 2-3% of mineral filler weight. Mixing, first in the state of low speed drops or spray to add liquid, and then use the state of high speed stirring, the system friction is heated to 80 DEG C (preferably up to 100 DEG C), this process is complete, to fill the cooling after the next step in the process. The optimum amount, usage, and drying conditions (e.g., time and temperature) for each application shall be determined prior to the industrialization process.
    • Field blending: When the product is used as a resin or rubber additive, it shall be added to the extruder or mixer in accordance with a proportion of about 1% of the weight of the mineral filler (for a particle of 1-10 microns size). In some cases, the proportion of the product needs to be increased to 2-3%. For each particular application, the optimum amount of addition should be determined by testing several different concentrations.
  • Packaging and storage
    • 25kg/180kg drums; special specifications are required.
    • The product should be kept airtight and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place.
